At the Firm, she provides comprehensive legal services to entrepreneurs.

• She has participated in a number of projects involving, in particular, the acquisition and disposal of businesses, their components, including real estate, as well as shares and stocks in capital companies, and has conducted comprehensive legal audits of business entities (due diligence).
• She specialises in widely understood intellectual property law, i.e. industrial property law (trademarks, patents, utility models, industrial designs, geographical indications), copyright and neighbouring rights, and new technology law.
• She advises on acts of unfair competition and competition and consumer protection law, examines the correctness of company acquisitions / mergers, appears before the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection with regard to the notification of the intention of concentration, represents Clients in antimonopoly proceedings, advises on the application of the Act on Combating Unfair Competition.
• She represents Clients in cases involving press law, advertising law (media law).

At the Firm, she deals primarily with civil law and commercial law in connection with the day-to-day support of businesses.

• In her previous professional work, she has dealt with the establishment, transformation, merger of commercial law companies, acquisition and disposal of companies and shares in commercial law companies, as well as advising on investment processes;
• She has participated in due diligence audits and the development of concepts for the restructuring of businesses;
• She has provided services to entities operating in the field of real estate, housing law, including developers and the Social Housing Association;
• As part of day-to-day service, she drafts, reviews, and negotiates commercial agreements with counterparties, provides advice on matters related to the day-to-day operations of businesses, and advises entrepreneurs on the regulation of employee relations. She represents Clients before the courts and public administration bodies.

At the Firm, she is responsible for conducting audits, analysing documents, creating procedures, training, and implementing data protection systems.

• Graduate of postgraduate studies in Information Security Administrator with Archiving and Personal Data Protection and ICT Security in Business.
• She has participated in numerous workshops and training courses in the field of personal data protection. She holds the Certificate of Representative and Internal Auditor of the Quality Management System according to ISO 9001:2008 accredited by DEKRA Certification Sp. z o.o. and the Certificate of Information Security Auditor ISO/IEC 27001:2007 accredited by LL-C Polska.
• She has gained professional experience by assisting both private and public entities in complying with current data protection legislation and acting as an ISA (Information Security Administrator).
