In our activity we focus on the protection of our Clients' intellectual property. We advise on industrial property law, copyright and neighbouring rights, combating unfair competition and legal protection of competition and consumers.
Adequately securing our Clients' intellectual property in the broadest sense of the term gives them the opportunity to continuously develop and gain a higher market position, as well as to optimise their business.
- we prepare and negotiate all contracts, including licensing agreements and those involving the transfer of intellectual property rights;
- we carry out trade mark registrability tests;
- we represent our Clients during the process of registration of trademarks, patents, utility models, both before the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland and before the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO)
- we represent our Clients in matters relating to the assertion of claims for infringement of intellectual property rights, we pursue claims out of court and in court;
- we represent Clients in negotiations and litigation involving image infringement, concerning the protection of personal interests, including good name and market reputation.
